Woman arrested for meth after traffic stop

LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP — A 50-year-old Three Rivers woman was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop, according to the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department.
On Oct. 14 around 3:14 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle on M-86 near Holtom Road for a littering violation. Through investigation they found the driver was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
She was lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail.
