WINCHESTER, Va. — Stephen Meadows, a native of St. Joseph County and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Premier with offices in the Mid-Atlantic was named recently as a RealTrends 2022 Emerging Leader. This honor is shared by only 55 other professionals nationwide.

Meadows has recently led the expansion of Coldwell Banker Premier with 3 mergers in the first 45 days of 2022, an unprecedented undertaking. In its inaugural year, the RealTrends Emerging Leaders award honored the most influential, upcoming leaders in real estate. These trailblazers are making their mark in the industry by building top-performing teams, achieving record sales volumes and bringing in innovative ideas to the competitive world of real estate. Winners must be real estate professionals 40 years and younger who are making an impact, both within their real estate professions and their communities, and contributing to the housing economy in a meaningful way.

“This honor validates the decades of hard work I have devoted to an industry I love. I am so fortunate to work for a company with such amazing people led by someone who’s vision matches my ambition,” Meadows said in a statement.

Stephen began his career in Three Rivers, Michigan, and has worked in various markets all over the country. He has a passion for helping companies looking for a succession plan and wanting a safe and productive place for their agents to go.
